As soon as the makers confirmed Priyanka's elimination, netizens and celebrities started sharing their reactions on social media. Many telly stars and former contestants expressed their displeasure with Priyanka's eviction, stating that they deserve to be in top 2. Her fans strongly campaigned for her victory and hence, they believed that she could easily win the show; however, destiny had some other plans.

From Devoleena Bhattacharjee to Rajiv Adatia, several celebrities shared messages for Priyanka Choudhary as she got evicted and became the second runner-up of Bigg Boss 16.

VJ Andy

VJ Andy seemed miffed with MC Stan's victory as he posted a tweet that read, "First realsehajpal now
PriyankaChaharO Real winners full stop." The Bigg Boss 16 contestant called Priyanka Chahar Choudhary and Pratik Sehajpal the 'real winners' while sharing his thoughts on Twitter.

Devoleena Bhattacharjee

Devoleena Bhattacharjee called Priyanka a 'lone warrior', stating that she was a winner for many people. Wishing her all the luck for future, the Bigg Boss 13 contestant posted a tweet.

"Changing narratives when everything was going on right track....Anyway trust me #PriyankaChaharChaudhary you were a lone warrior. You're a winner for many. All the very best and i know you'll shine more & more. #BB16," Devoleena tweeted.

Gauahar Khan

Gauahar Khan lauded Priyanka Choudhary for playing the game well, sharing her views on Twitter. "Very well played #Shiv and #priyanka ! U gave it ur all ! #bb16 enjoy the love," the Bigg Boss 7 winner tweeted.

Rajiv Adatia

"EXTREMELY SHOCKED!!! Top 2 deserving were Priyanka and Shiv!! Well played Priyanka well played!! You were extremely deserving!!!! Lots of love," Rajiv Adatia immediately tweeted after the news of Priyanka Choudhary's eviction surfaced on the internet.

In a separate tweet, he wrote, "Priyanka did not deserve to be out!! She was in the top 2 atleast and everyone knows it."

Rajiv further wrote, "The winner for me!! Priyanka Chahar Choudhary you won hearts! As Salman sir said you are a winner."

PRIYANKA CHOUDHARY BIGG BOSS 16 EARNINGS

Priyanka took home Rs 25 lakh as she won the MyGlamm Face of the season contest. She also earned an opportunity to shoot for an ad for the brand along with Bollywood actress Shraddha Kapoor. If she was paid her Rs 5 lakh per week, then she will take home Rs 95 lakh for 19 weeks.

Although Priyanka didn't win the show, she managed to win the love and blessings of the audience.
