Bigg Boss 16 finale might be over but fans are still busy talking about the show. We bet you must also be thinking on what to watch at 10pm on weekdays as it has become a habit to tune in to Colors channel for Salman Khan's reality show. Interestingly, Bigg Boss 16 turned out to be a huge success not only in terms of popularity and ratings but also the exposure it gave to the contestants.
From Priyanka Choudhary to Nimrit Kaur Ahluwalia, several celebrities are in talks with different production houses for new projects. Archana Gautam, who was the entertainer of Bigg Boss 16, is also in demand these days and there are mumours that Colors channel might offer her a show in the upcoming months.
As Bigg Boss 16 ended with a bang, here's a look at the projects, TV shows and films that the contestants have confirmed or are said to be negotiating.
Priyanka Choudhary
Priyanka Chahar Choudhary, who finished as the second runner-up of Bigg Boss 16, confirmed that Salman Khan has asked her to meet him after the show. There are mumours in the industry that she might feature in Rajkumar Hirani's Dunki that stars Shah Rukh Khan in a lead role.
Speculations are also rife that Priyanka might play the lead role in Naagin 7, which will be produced by Ekta Kapoor.
Nimrit Kaur Ahluwalia
Ekta Kapoor has roped in Nimrit Kaur Ahluwalia for her new film Love Sex Aur Dhoka 2 (LSD 2). The ace producer entered the Bigg Boss 16 house to audition the BB 16 contestants along with the film's director Dibakar Banerjee. While she praised many contestants, the duo ended up signing Nimrit for the film.
Abdu Rozik
Abdu Rozik had to bid adieu to the show last month but he managed to earn a significant fan following. Guess what? The 19-year-old has already got an opportunity to feature in Bigg Brother. The singer confirmed the development while talking to Salman Khan during the grand finale.
Shalin Bhanot
Shalin Bhanot might have finished as the fourth runner-up of Bigg Boss 16 but he has also bagged a new project. Ekta Kapoor has confirmed that she has signed the Nach Baliye 3 winner for her new show Beqaboo, which will air on Colors channel.
The supernatural show will go on air after Tejasswi Prakash's much-loved show Naagin 6 ends. There's no official announcement about the launch date and timings of Beqaboo.
Tina Datta
Tina Datta will make her return to the fiction space with a new show titled Mere Apne, which is said to be Hindi remake of a Turkish drama. Mohit Duseja is also said to be a part of the upcoming show. Contrary to the rumours, the Uttaran star is not doing Durga Aur Charu, which also airs on Colors channel.
