Although he couldn't lift the winner's trophy, the actor remained in the headlines throughout his stint in Salman Khan's reality show. Shalin, who emerged as one of the finalists of Bigg Boss 16, always refrained from speaking about his former wife Dalljiet Kaur on the show.
Shalin Bhanot Reacts On Dalljiet's Wedding
Even when Archana Gautam and Tina Datta dragged Dalljiet Kaur's name in the conversation, he expressed his displeasure over the same. And now, the Ram Siya Ke Luv Kush actor has opened about Dalljiet's remarriage. Ahead of her second wedding, Shalin Bhanot shared a special message for her.
The Dill Mill Gayye actor sent love and care to his ex-wife as she embarks on a new journey with Nikhil Patel. As the actress is getting married to Nikhil on March 18, 2023, Shalin expressed his happiness on seeing her get settled again.
Shalin Bhanot's Message For Dalljiet
The actor, while interacting with a portal, extended his warm wishes to Dalljiet. He talked about her remarriage, stating that he is happy for her and wants to wish her the best for her new innings.
"I wish her all the very best. I am very happy for her. I wish her a lot of love and care. And blessings on the new journey that she is about to begin," Shalin was quoted as saying by India Today.
Shalin-Dalljiet Parted Ways In 2015
The former couple, who tied the knot in 2009, got divorced six years later in 2015. They are parents to a son name named Jaydon. Dalljiet has maintained that she has remained on cordial terms with Shalin for the sake of their son. She had accused him of domestic violence while filing the divorce.
Dalljiet and Shalin also won Nach Baliye 4, which aired on Star Plus.
On The Work Front
On the professional front, Shalin will be next seen in Bekaboo, which will also star Eisha Singh. The announcement about his show was made during the grand finale of Bigg Boss 16.
All eyes are on Shalin Bhanot's new show where he will be seen in a different avatar. The weekend drama will hit the airwaves from March 18 at 9pm on Saturday and Sunday.
