Bigg Boss 16's Shiv Thakare Reveals Feeling Depressed After Breakup, Says ‘Was Heartbroken &...’
During his stint in Bigg Boss Marathi 2, Bigg Boss 16 star Shiv Thakare fell in love with co-contestant Veena Jagtap. However, a few months after the show, the duo revealed that they have parted ways.
Shiv Thakare has been making the right kind of noise ever since he entered the Bigg Boss 16 house in October last year. Counted among the strongest and most popular players of Colors TV's controversial reality show, the 'Marathi Manus' finally came out as the runner-up in the grand finale held on February 12.
It's been three weeks and the young lad has been busy with either interviews or work meetings. However, Bigg Boss fans are still crazy about him and are very much interested in knowing about his whereabouts and upcoming projects.
Before becoming a household name with Bigg Boss 16, Shiv Thakare participated in and won the second season of Bigg Boss Marathi in 2019. During his stint in the regional show, he fell in love with co-contestant Veena Jagtap and confessed his feelings openly.
Eventually, even Veena fell for him and the duo started dating each other after coming out of the Bigg Boss house. However, a few months after the finale, they ended their relationship and went their separate ways.
In a recent interview, Shiv Thakare talked about going through a rough patch in hist life after the breakup and how he handled everything during that phase.
Shiv Thakare Was Heartbroken And Devastated After Breakup
Talking about the heartbreak, Shiv Thakare told ETimes, "I used to always feel stupid of people who would get into alcohol or become depressed after their breakup. But there was a time in my life when it happened to me and I was heartbroken and devastated. I could feel it and I was in that zone for a month and a half. I faced difficulties in dealing with it."
Shiv Thakare Channelised His Energies Towards Bagging Bigg Boss
Shiv added that he used to spend time with friends but wasn't able to enjoy anything. He would smile in front of others but used to feel that something was missing. At last, he left his house and focussed on bagging his dream show - Bigg Boss. He finally bagged it and came out of that difficult phase.
Shiv Thakare Spoke To Ex-GF Veena Jagtap Before Entering Bigg Boss 16
Just a few days after coming out of the Bigg Boss 16 house, Shiv Thakare was asked in an interview if he's still in touch with ex-girlfriend Veena Jagtap. Answering it, he revealed that they had parted ways. However, he spoke to her once before entering BB 16.
Shiv Thakare Has Confirmed Being Approached For Khatron Ke Khiladi 13
Talking about his upcoming projects, Shiv Thakare has revealed that he's in talks with the makers of Rohit Shetty's Khatron Ke Khiladi 13 and might participate in the stunt-based reality show. However, an official announcement is still awaited.
