Bigg Boss 16: EX Contestant Trolls Sumbul Touqeer, Says Shiv Thakare, MC Stan Got Nominated Due To Her

Bigg Boss 16 update: Things have changed inside the BB 16 house within a few hours, all thanks to the nomination episode. Adding a new twist in tale, the makers introduced an interesting nomination task where the contestants were divided into two teams, and they had to compete against each other to safeguard themselves from elimination.

As Nimrit Kaur Ahluwalia is the captain of Bigg Boss 16, she was saved from nominations. Team A comprised of the Mandali members including Shiv Thakare, MC Stan and Sumbul. Team B had Priyanka Chahar Choudhary, Archana Gautam and Shalin Bhanot.

Shalin Bhanot and Sumbul Touqeer turned out to be deciding factors in the task where they had to count till nine minutes and then press the buzzer. The task was not as easy as it seemed. Bigg Boss interacted with the Bigg Boss 16 housemates while Ken Ferns talked to them about their outfits for the grand finale of the show.

In the end, Team B won the task as they were closer to the 27-minute mark compared to team B. After the episode aired on television, a former Bigg Boss contestant tried to troll her on social media.

Bigg Boss 16: Vishal Kotian's Tweet On Sumbul Touqeer

Vishal Kotian expressed his thoughts on Sumbul Touqeer, stating that she reacted as if she got nominated because of the Mandali. He blamed the Imlie actress for being the reason behind MC Stan and Shiv Thakare's nomination, adding that she might know her stint in Bigg Boss 16 might end.

"Sumbul Touqueer Khan is reacting as if Mandali ke wajah se she got nominated. In fact Shiv Thakare and MC Stan got nominated cos of her. Or is it her strategy in desperation to do something different and survive. Kyun usko bhi pata hai ki ab time aagaya hai. Wat do u think?," Vishal Kotian tweeted.

When a Twitter page pointed out that Sumbul Touqeer was feeling bad because her team lost due to her, Vishal said that she should have hugged her friends and apologised.

"N this is how she reacts wen she feels bad tat it is because of her by ignoring her own team. Waahhh isn't hugging ur frens n saying sorry a better way. Or is this a cover up tat u r making for her m confused," the Bigg Boss 15 contestant wrote on the micro-blogging site.

Bigg Boss 16 Elimination

All eyes are on the upcoming Weekend Ka Vaar episode as the show will gets its top six finalists. Sumbul Touqeer, Shiv Thakare and MC Stan have been nominated for elimination this week. The trio is in the danger zone and one of them will bid adieu to the Bigg Boss 16 house.

Shalin Bhanot, Archana Gautam, Nimrit Kaur Ahluwalia and Priyanka Chahar Choudhary have entered the finale week of Bigg Boss 16. It remains to be seen which two other contestants will join them.

BIGG BOSS 16 FINALE

The grand finale of Bigg Boss 16 will take place on February 12, 2023. There are mumours that the makers might introduce a surprise mid-week eviction in the finale week. Interestingly, Salman Khan, who is seen missing from the show, will also return to host the finale episode.

While Colors channel and the production has not made any official confirmation, it is being said that top five finalists will be seen in the finale. The buzz has left the fans wondering if another contestant will get evicted from the show.
