Shiv Thakare has finally reacted to the controversy over taking Sidharth Shukla's name in the Bigg Boss 16 house. He called the late Balika Vadhu actor his favourite, adding that he respected him a lot and was unhappy when people tried to copy the TV star in the show. He also said that he has no regrets for mentioning Sidharth Shukla's name while he was involved in a fight with Priyanka Choudhary.

"Mujhe koi cheez ka regret nahi. Sidharth Shukla mera favourite tha aur kabhi kabhi, koi log mujhe dikhte hai ki vo copy kar rahe, toh Sidharth Sjukla jaise koi nahi hai. Aur na hi koi banega. Jab koi copy kar raha, main bolunga bro vo Sidharth hai aur tum tum hai. Shayad logo ko na lage lekin mujhe laga," Shiv Thakare said when asked about having any regret for taking Sidharth's name.
