Salman Khan-hosted Bigg Boss 16 ended last month with MC Stan being declared as the winner. However, the loyal fans aren't yet over it and are still interested in the lives of their favourite contestants.

After walking away with the winner's title of Bigg Boss Marathi 2, 'Marathi Manus' Shiv Thakare won many hearts in Bigg Boss 16 too. Besides being one of the strongest players, fans also loved his equation with other 'mandali' members.

While his friendship with Abdu Rozik became one of the highlights of the hit season, Shiv's bonding with Choti Sarrdaarni actress Nimrit Kaur Ahluwalia too was loved by fans and their shippers have named them 'ShivRit'.

Ever since Bigg Boss 16 has ended, a section of Shiv and Nimrit's fans are hoping that they take their bonding to the nxt level and start dating each other. However, the duo has always maintained that they are just great friends.

SHIV THAKARE ON DATING NIMRIT KAUR AHLUWALIA

Amid all this, Shiv Thakare has finally reveled if he'll ever date Nimrit or not. In a recent interview, the young lad cleared that he don't want to ruin his friendship by getting into a relationship with the TV star.

Talking about it, Shiv told ETimes, "I feel if two people look good together and onscreen it is not necessary that they should date each other or get married. They can be friends also. I would like to request to the fans that don't keep saying that we should get married. We are good as friends and we should enjoy that bond. We share an amazing bond and people should not ruin the friendship by tagging us as couple. In fact, even I don't want to ruin the friendship with Nimrit by getting into a relationship."

UPCOMING PROJECTS OF SHIV THAKARE

While Shiv Thakare's fans are waiting to see him again on their TV screens, he hasn't yet announced his next project. However, he is currently in talks for Rohit Shetty's Khatron Ke Khiladi 13 and several other projects.
