BB 16’s Tina Datta Done With Finding Love After ‘Closeness’ With Shalin, Says ‘Mujhe Maaf Karo…’

TV star Tina Datta, who became a household name after essaying Ichha in Colors TV's Uttaran, is among the most loved celebrities on the small screen. Most recently, the actress was seen in Bigg Boss 16, hosted by Salman Khan, as a contestant.

While her journey was full of ups and downs, fans loved the actress' strong personality. She stayed inside the Bigg Boss house for around four months and regularly grabbed eyeballs due to her 'closeness' with co-contestant Shalin Bhanot.

However, towards the end of the controversial reality show, they went their separate ways and are now not even cordial with each other. While Tina has now moved on in her life after Bigg Boss 16, she shared her views about the idea of finding love again.

While talking to ETimes, the actress cleared that she's done with the idea of falling in love for some time after whatever happened between her and Shalin on the show.

She stated, "Mujhe maaf karo yaar abhi mujhe koi nahi chahiye life mein (laughs). I just want to work now. I want to get married and have kids but I have gone through so much of scars and trauma on Bigg Boss that I want to wait to find love. There has to be someone out there who will shower me with all the respect and love that I deserve."

On being asked if her game got spoiled after her link-up with Shalin, Tina said that she absolutely regrets having been friends with Shalin Bhanot on Bigg Boss. According to the TV star, her journey would have been so different and nice had she not met him or been friends with him in the show.

On the career front, Tina has reportedly bagged a new show titled Mere Apne. Jay Bhanushali is rumoured to be playing the male lead opposite her in the upcoming Sony TV show. However, an official announcement is still awaited.
