Bigg Boss 16 update: Sajid Khan received flak on social media after he asked Sumbul Touqeer about her father's second marriage, discussing his personal life on national television. Many celebs and netizens expressed their displeasure over the way the Bollywood filmmaker continued to question the TV actress about her dad's wedding and how she would react to it.

A popular TV star also seemed miffed with the way Sajid Khan asked Sumbul Touqeer about her father's wedding with a twenty two year-old girl. While Sumbul received support following the episode, the Housefull director faced criticism for discussing someone's personal life even when his daughter was uncomfortable.

Faisal Khan, who is an active viewer of Bigg Boss 16, didn't mince words while sharing his thoughts about Sajid Khan and Sumbul Touqeer's conversation.

Faisal Khan, who started his career with Dance India Dance Little Masters 2, expressed his concern after Sajid Khan trolled Sumbul Touqeer for not reacting to his question about her father's marriage.

The filmmaker bombared Sumbul with questions about her reaction if her dad got married to a younger girl. He also asked her if she would accept their relationship.

Responding to their conversation, Faisal Khan wrote, "Seriously Sajid sir? His conversation with Sumbul was literally terrible."

The Imlie actress gave a befitting reply to Sajid Khan when he said that she would be willing to approve her father's second marriage with a 22-year-old girl, if he ever decides to tie the knot again.

Sumbul said that she cares a lot about her dad and sister Saniya but she would only accept such a relationship if her father really loves the girl.

"I don't want that. She cannot be 22-year-old. My father is 55, 56. Papa ki shaadi late hui thi. Pyaar hojaye to alag baat hai, warna nahi. If you love someone, you never 'un-love' them," Sumbul Touqeer told Sajid Khan.

The TV diva stated that her father is 55 years old and she doesn't see him getting married in the near future. However, she will support him if he finds love. The actress gave a befitting reply to Sajid Khan's personal question.

"Sumbul is such a nice girl yaar and she's so young and so far to go!! She's really grown in this show and she's coming across better each day! #bb16 what a sweetheart," Rajiv Adatia wrote as he praised Sumbul on Twitter.

The Bigg Boss 15 contestant has been an active supporter of Priyanka Chahar Choudhary and he even posted a few tweets for her.

On a related note, Sumbul Touqeer has been nominated for elimination along with six other contestants including Sajid Khan. The likes of Sreejita De, Tina Datta, Shalin Bhanot, Soundarya Sharma, Archana Gautam are also in the danger zone.

Sumbul's friends MC Stan, Nimirt Kaur Ahluwalia, Shiv Thakare and MC Stan have been saved from nominations this week.
