Bigg Boss 16 update: It won't be wrong to say Priyanka Choudhary and Shiv Thakare have hogged the maximum limelight in Salman Khan's reality show. Be it their fights or their cute nok-jhok, they have grabbed eyeballs with their actions in the Bigg Boss 16 house. Ardent viewers of the show have already hailed Shiv and Priyanka as the winners of BB 16.

The official Twitter handle of Voot Select conducted a contest to determine the winner of Boss Meter (week 14). It was Priyanka's Paltan versus Shiv's Sena in the competition. As expected, it was a neck-to-neck fight as both the fandoms extensively voted to make their favourites win.

Priyanka Beats Shiv To Win Boss Meter

Priyanka Choudhary and Shiv Thakare fans left no stone unturned to make their favourite the winner of Boss Meter, which was conducted by the official Twitter handle of Voot Select. In the end, it was Priyanka, who ended up winning the contest as she received more votes as compared to Shiv Thakare.

Bigg Boss 16: Shiv's Sister REACTS As Priyanka Wins Boss Meter

Shiv Thakare's sister Manisha Thakare, who has been supporting the reality TV star from outside, penned a note to extend support to him. She asked the fans to not get upset over the results of Boss meter and instead focus on making Shiv the winner of Bigg Boss 16.

"We all know who is the REAL boss. Dear Family, don't be disappointed with such things. Our target is trophy. Shiv is what he is because of all you," Manisha Thakre said in her post.

Shiv's sister further said that she is confident the Bigg Boss Marathi 2 winner will also win BB 16 with the support of the fans.

"Always focus on positive things. We will definitely win Bigg Boss 16 with your indefinite love and support," she added.

Shiv Thakare Becomes Captain Again

Shiv Thakare created record by becoming the only Bigg Boss 16 contestant to become captain for the fourth time. He managed to earn the captaincy once again, leaving everyone surprised.

While his Aai wanted Shalin Bhanot to become the next captain, Shiv Thakare decided to focus on himself at the crucial stage of the game, four weeks ahead of the finale of Bigg Boss 16.

On a related note, both Priyanka Chahar Choudhary and Shiv Thakare are saved from this week's elimination. The duo was part of the hyperactive group, which also consisted of Sajid Khan and Archana Gautam.

Sreejita got evicted from Salman Khan's reality show during the Weekend Ka Vaar episode. The Uttaran actress was nominated along with Sumbul Touqeer, MC Stan and Nimrit Kaur Ahluwalia.

After Sreejita's elimination, Abdu Rozik also walked out of the show because of other work commitments. His exit left Shiv Thakare and others in tears as they shared a close bond with each other. Shiv broke down into tears after bidding to his beloved friend.
