There was confusion over the clothes as Shiv Thakare ended up wearing the clothes that were sent for Vikas Manaktala. Guunjan had lashed out at the Bigg Boss Marathi 2 winner on social media, asking him to return the clothes.
Amid the blue suit controversy, Shiv Thakare's sister Manisha Thakare issued a statement on Twitter and Instagram, sharing her thoughts about the same.

Shiv Thakare's sister Manisha Thakare issued a statement, breaking her silence over the suit controversy involving Shiv and Vikas Manaktala. She expressed her views over the matter, revealing why she decided to stay tight-lipped about the same on social media.
On Tuesday (January 3), she posted a long statement on her official Twitter and Instagram handles to ask the fans to only focus on the positivity and not let their guard down.

Manish Thakare said that she didn't speak on the issue as she didn't want to engage in mud slinging before getting the facts right.
"I as a sensible person and the sister of Shiv Thakare kept mum on this matter as we don't do mud slinging on any public domain before getting the facts right. Endemol is shouldering the responsibility of such a big show, and an error can happen by any of the parties in transpiring or in comprehending by any of the parties," the statement read
Bigg Boss 16: Shiv Thakare's Team To Take Legal Action
Shiv Thakare's team also issued an official statement, stating that they will take legal action against the people, who tried to tarnish his image. "There have been several people and the recent one being Vikas and Guunjan, who have levied some really distasteful and derogatory allegations on Shiv. And we will give a counter reply to this once we come to know what the exact scenario was and will surely take this in legal fashion," the statement read.
Bigg Boss 16: What Guunjan Said About Shiv Thakare?
Guunjan Walia accused Shiv Thakare of stealing Vikas Manaktala's clothes in Bigg Boss 16. The accusations didn't go down well with the reality TV star's fans as they slammed her for the same on social media.
Reacting to the same, the actress wrote, "I never meant to belittle anyone .I understand that it has hurt many people and hence I am taking the tweet down
Love & Light." She clarified that she never meant to hurt anyone with her tweeted.
Vikas Manaktala even slammed Shiv Thakare after coming out of the Bigg Boss 16 house, accusing him of playing game in the show. Last week, the TV star was evicted from the reality show as he received the least number of votes among nominated contestants.
