Bigg Boss 17 captaincy task: It's difficult to keep calm as Bigg Boss has announced a power race task to spice up the drama inside the BB 17 house. If you thought that the drama would be over after the fights in the show, you're mistaken. Aishwarya Sharma engaged in a heated argument with Ankita Lokhande, Vicky Jain and Abhishek Kumar in the previous episode. Samarth Jurel and Anurag Dobhal also had a war of words after the former accused the YouTuber of taking a dig at his girlfriend Isha Malviya during the ration task.

BIGG BOSS 17 FIRST CAPTAIN NAME

Team Dil comprising of Aishwarya Sharma, Neil Bhatt, Ankita Lokhande, Vicky Jain, Isha Malviya, Abhishek Kumar competed against Team Dimaag which featured Sunny Arya, Anurag Dobhal, Arun Srikanth, Samarth Jurel and Sana Raees Khan. Ankita competed against Sunny, Aishwarya against Srun and Isha against Anurag aka UK07 Rider.

While Ankita Lokhande won from her side, Arun and Anurag secured the victory when they faced Aishwarya and Isha respectively in the trolling round. Team Dimag won the ration task, getting an opportunity to get maximum food from Bigg Boss.

BIGG BOSS 17 POWER RACE: WHO WILL WIN CAPTAINCY TASK AND BECOME CAPTAIN?

The makers released a new promo, announcing the Bigg Boss 17 power race. While there's no official confirmation if it is related to the captaincy task, gossip mills suggest it will determine the first captain of Bigg Boss 17.

In the viral promo, Ankita Lokhande, Sana Raees Khan and Firoza Khan can be seen dancing on Aami Je Tomar, Mere Dholna Sun from Bhool Bhulaiyaa. The three celebrities showcased their dance moves on the hit song from Vidya Balan and Akshay Kumar starrer. Bigg Boss gave them the power to eliminate three contestants from the game.

Ankita evicted Aishwarya, stating, "Aishwarya abhi power lene ke kabil nahi hai." Sana targeted Isha Malviya and mentioned, "Leadership quality honi chahiye queen mein pure ghar ko sambhalne ke liye, vo abhi Isha mein nahi hai." The three divas had to smear gulal on the faces of the contestants, whom they evicted from the power race.

Khanzaadi took Anurag Dobhal's name while Sana evicted Vicky Jain and Navid Sole from the game. Ankita also targeted Neil Bhatt, who nominated her for elimination. Munawar Faruqui, Mannara Chopra, Jigna Vora, Rinku Dhawan, Ankita Lokhande, Khanzaadi and Sana Raees Khan are still a part of the game, if the promo is to be believed.

On a related note, nine contestants have been nominated for eviction in the fourth week.
