BIGG BOSS 17 WILDCARD CONTESTANT NAME

Last week, the makers didn't evict any contestant on Weekend Ka Vaar. This week, six contestants including Neil Bhatt, Soniya Bansal, Sana Raees Khan, Sunny Arya have been nominated for elimination. The voting lines will be closed on Thursday, 10am. Fans are wondering if a double eviction is on the cards in the second week.

Gossip mills have been buzzing with the rumours that Bigg Boss 17 casting team has already finalised the Bigg Boss season 17 first wildcard contestant. Another Star Plus artist is said to be making a special appearance on the show. So, what's the truth? Let's hear from the horse's mouth.

IS KANWAR DHILLON ENTERING BIGG BOSS 17 AS FIRST WILDCARD CONTESTANT?

If the recent buzz is to be believed, Kanwar Dhillon might make an appearance as the first wildcard contestant of Bigg Boss 17. Speculations are rife that the Pandya Store actor has been approached for the reality show and he might sign the dotted lines. However, there's no truth to the rumours.

Kanwar Dhillon, who was last seen in the hit Star Plus show, has denied the rumour floating on the internet. He confirmed that he is not participating in Bigg Boss 17, mentioning that he wishes to be a part of a male-centric project after Pandya Store.

The Na Bole Tum Na Maine Kuch Kaha actor, in an interaction with a portal, said that the rumours about him entering Bigg Boss 17 can affect his future prospects of bagging a show as the makers might think he is busy with Salman Khan's show. He said that the production houses might believe he is not opening to doing fiction shows because of the constant speculation over his entry in the BB house.

There are mumours that Kanwar has signed Colors TV's next show that will be produced by Shashi Sumeet Productions. Denying the buzz, he told ETimes, "I haven't signed any fiction show yet. I'm taking my time to finalise my next project."

On a related note, Samarth Jurel and Manasvi Mamgai became the first two wildcards of the season. Manasvi has been eliminated from the show in her first week.
