Well, the wait is almost over, as the producers are now gearing up to roll out Bigg Boss 17 in the upcoming month. This season's theme, "Singles Vs Couples," promises to bring even more excitement and drama to the show. As previously reported, discussions are underway with some well-known figures like Kanwar Dhillon, Alice Kaushik, Aishwarya Sharma, Neil Bhatt, and the power couple Ankita Lokhande and Vicky Jain, who are likely to grace the Bigg Boss house.

While fans are looking forward to seeing their favourite celebrities getting locked inside the Bigg Boss 17 house, the latest reports suggest that two big names have rejected the offer to do the show this year. Well, we're talking about Surbhi Chandna and Karan Wahi. Yes, you read that right! According to a report in Viral En-Talks, the makers of Bigg Boss 17 are having a tough time convincing top TV celebrities to become a part of Bigg Boss.

Revealing the same, a source informed the portal, "Bigg Boss Makers are finding it increasingly challenging to enlist well-known celebrities for the forthcoming season, Bigg Boss 17. This is largely attributed to the dominance of social media sensations in the past two seasons, including Bigg Boss 16 and the recent OTT version of the show. The overwhelming presence and influence of these social media stars appear to have unnerved famous television celebrities, leading many of them to decline recent offers from the show's producers."

However, it is not yet confirmed as the makers are yet to react to the ongoing reports.

PREMIERE DATE OF BIGG BOSS 17

Initially, the upcoming season of Bigg Boss was rumoured to premiere on Colors TV at the end of this month. Reportedly, it has now been postponed to mid-October, on October 20. However, an announcement is still awaited.
