Bigg Boss 17 Update: Salman Khan's popular reality show, Bigg Boss 17, made its premiere on October 15. The host welcomed 17 contestants, one of whom was Rinku Dhawan, a well-known TV actress celebrated for her portrayal of Chhaya in Kahaani Ghar Ghar Kii. Rinku Dhawan has earned recognition for her compelling performances on various TV shows, even going to the extent of shaving her head for a role.

BIGG BOSS 17 STAR RINKU DHAWAN MARRIED HER ONSCREEN BROTHER

In 2002, she tied the knot with her on-screen brother from Kahaani Ghar Ghar Kii, Kiran Karmarkar. Yes, you read that right! The duo fell in love while shooting for Ekta Kapor's superhit family saga and eventually got married. However, after a 15-year marriage, the couple decided to part ways due to incompatibility, finalizing their divorce in 2017.

Together, they welcomed their son named Eshaan, and they continued to co-parent him. Speaking about their son in 2020, Rinku Dhawan's ex-husband, Kiran Karmarkar, expressed that he's thankful to god that their son has developed into a remarkably understanding and compassionate young boy. According to him, Eshaan's upbringing has never been a cause for concern, despite the fact that his parents no longer live together. Kiran added, "Rinku and I both reside in the same neighborhood, which allows Eshaan to move between our homes. We maintain a warm and amicable relationship. There are occasions when we plan activities together, and Eshaan never feels the absence of either his father or mother. Our son grasped at an early age that his parents weren't compatible, and he has handled the situation admirably. We've consistently reassured him that, regardless of the circumstances, we will always be there for him when he needs us."

RINKU DHAWAN ON BEING A SINGLE MOTHER

Following her divorce from Kiran Karmarkar, Rinku Dhawan chose not to remarry and decided to embrace the role of a single mother. When asked about the prospect of remarriage, the actress once stated, "Nobody wants to lead a solitary life. A companion is important to share one's thoughts. But, if you ask me about marriage, honestly, I am done with it. My friends encourage me to consider marriage again, but I believe that finding the right person is more important."

The actress is currently single and is currently making headlines for her Bigg Boss 17 stint.
