Bigg Boss OTT 2 finale: The race for the grand finale of Salman Khan's reality show has commenced. Fukra Insaan, Elvish Yadav and others requested their fans to vote for them as they have advanced to the final stage of the game. After keeping the viewers hooked on to their screens for seven weeks, the show will end its journey with a blockbuster final episode on August 14, 2023.

In a mid-week eviction, Jiya Shankar got eliminated from the show. The actress shared an emotional parting message for the contestants as she bid adieu to the Bigg Boss house.

While fans considered her as a probable finalist, Jiya Shankar's journey came to an end in yesterday's episode. Fans were able to watch her eviction during the live feed of Bigg Boss OTT 2. As she got eliminated from the show, Bigg Boss announced the top five finalists of the season.

Fukra Insaan, Elvish Yadav, Manisha Rani, Pooja Bhatt and Bebika Dhurve advanced to the final stage, emerging as the finalists. They are now competing for the winner's trophy of BB OTT 2. One of them will lift the trophy next week in a star-studded finale.

FUKRA INSAAN REACTS TO JIYA SHANKAR ELIMINATION

Jiya Shankar's elimination came as a shocker as she enjoyed a significant fan following among the audience. However, she received less number of votes than Manisha Rani and Elvish Yadav, who were nominated along with her.

Fukra Insaan seemed upset as he shared a close bond with Jiya. The duo shared a bed with each other since the inception of the show and even took a stand whenever needed. Despite the ups and downs, they remained friends and their fans even wanted them to become a couple.

As Jiya made an exit, Fukra Insaan aka Abhishek Malhan told Elvish Yadav that he left bad for her eviction, "Uske liye bura laga. Vo deserve karti thi," the YouTuber said as he opened up about her elimination.

On a related note, early voting trends suggest that it is a neck-to-neck fight between Fukra Insaan and Elvish Yadav as the duo is competing for the trophy. The voting lines will close on Monday (August 14) at 11:59am.
