After Bigg Boss OTT 2, Jiya Shankar Collaborates With Former BB Contestant On THIS Project

Jiya Shankar is an actress who doesn't need an introduction anymore. She has become a household name post her stint in Bigg Boss OTT 2 wherein she emerged as a strong contestant in the show. The actress grabbed eyeballs with her cute tactics, tiffs and her bonds on the popular reality show.

Be it her proximity with Jad Hadid and Abhishek Malhan or her tiff with Elvish Yadav or Bebika Dhurve, Jiya was undoubtedly a treat to watch on Bigg Boss OTT 2. And while the popular reality show has come to an end, there are speculations about Jiya's upcoming project.

Well, the Pishachini actress is now making headlines for her upcoming project which is set to launch soon. Yes! You read it right. Jiya will be seen collaborating with former Bigg Boss 14 contestant Rahul Vaidya for a song which will be releasing next week. The news was confirmed by the renowned singer during his recent interaction with the media wherein he stated, "Gaane ka naam hai Sohneya aur ek Bigg Boss OTT 2 ki hi contestant hai.... Jiya. Gaana aayega August 25 ko. Promotion to begin soon".

To note, Jiya had shot for the song before entering the BB house and it marks her first collaboration with Rahul. Earlier, Jiya had also opened up about Rahul Vaidya's biggest advice for her for the popular reality show.

"He told me 'just be yourself. There are no tricks and strategies to survive in the game because Bigg Boss is very unpredictable. Anything can happen at any minute. There are very different people with different personalities. So you can't plan things. Just be yourself'. And that was on my mind too," Jiya was quoted saying to India Today.

Meanwhile, Jiya Shankar is also grabbing the eyeballs for her bond with Abhishek Malhan aka Fukra Insaan. The actress was even seen visiting Abhishek in the hospital wherein he was recovering from dengue.
