Bigg Boss OTT 2 Update: Superstar Salman Khan has made a much-anticipated return as host with the latest season of the controversial reality show, Bigg Boss. However, this time he is hosting the second season of Bigg Boss OTT. With immense buzz and high expectations, Bigg Boss OTT season 2 had its grand premiere on Jio Cinema last night (June 17).

As previously reported, the show features several well-known personalities, similar to its previous season, and one of them is popular TV star Avinash Sachdev. Known for his notable portrayal of the lead character in the successful ZEE TV show Choti Bahu alongside ex-girlfriend Rubina Dilaik, Avinash was introduced as 'Hero No. 1.' Fans have since taken to social media to discuss his entry and express their excitement.

After him, his ex-girlfriend Palak Purswani was introduced as the next contestant of Bigg Boss OTT 2. Both of them were together on the stage with Salman and it was pretty evident that they were uncomfortable in each other's presence.

For those who are unaware, Avinash and Palak made their relationship official in 2019 after Avinash got divorced from ex-wife Shalmalee Desai. Expressing his perspective back then, Avinash shared his intention to enjoy the journey of their relationship before taking the big step of marriage.

He disclosed that he and Palak are Sindhi, which marks the first time he was in a relationship within his own community. Additionally, Avinash revealed that they also have similar interests and preferences, further deepening their connection.

WHY AVINASH SACHDEV AND PALAK PURSWANI BROKE-UP?

Later in 2021, after the COVID-19 pandemic, the duo decided to take their relationship to the next level with a roka ceremony on January 17, 2021. Soon, trouble started brewing between then and several reports suggested that Avinash and Palak were facing challenges in their relationship, evident by the fact that they have chosen to unfollow each other on Instagram.

Later in January 2022, Avinash and Palak finally confirmed their breakup without revealing any specific reason behind it. However, their statements made it clear that they ended things on a separate note.

Now that both of them have entered Bigg Boss OTT 2 house, it'll be interesting to see if how they're going to stay on the show in front of each other.
