Bigg Boss OTT 2 Update: With the announcement of the second season of Bigg Boss OTT, to be hosted by Salman Khan, the anticipation has been growing to discover who will be entering the show this time.

While several names have been creating a buzz on social media, there were rumors that Lock Upp winner and stand-up comedian Munawar Faruqui might participate. However, recent reports suggest that Munawar has declined the offer to join Bigg Boss OTT season 2.

Munawar Faruqui, as per Telly Chakkar's report, declined the offer to appear on Bigg Boss OTT 2, expressing his desire to participate in the televised version of Bigg Boss instead. Nevertheless, there is currently no official confirmation regarding his decision.

Last year, Munawar Faruqui was also approached to be a part of Rohit Shetty's Khatron Ke Khiladi. However, he had to withdraw from the show at the last moment due to visa-related issues.

The news of Munawar Faruqui rejecting Bigg Boss OTT 2 comes shortly after television actor Fahmaan Khan clarified that although he was also approached by the show's creators, he will not be participating.

There are rumors circulating that Archana Gautam's brother Gulshan is likely to participate in Bigg Boss OTT new season. Additionally, Jiya Shankar and Paras Arora, who previously worked together in Kaatelal & Sons, are also speculated to join Salman Khan's show. However, no official announcements have been made regarding any contestants as of now.

BIGG BOSS OTT 2 FIRST PROMO

Meanwhile, the first promo for Bigg Boss OTT 2 was recently released, confirming that Salman Khan will be hosting the reality show this time, not Karan Johar. "I am coming back with Bigg Boss OTT. Let's keep watching, India," Salman said in the promo.

Reports also indicate that the filming of Bigg Boss OTT 2 will commence in mid-June. Although the show's exact premiere date has not been announced yet, it will be streaming on Jio Cinemas this time.
