Sapna Choudhary Cannes Debut: The 76th Cannes Film Festival rolled out yesterday, May 16, with stars across the world showing off their glamorous selves at the prestigious festival's red carpet. It's raining Indian celebrities at this year's festival.

On the first day of the festival, several Indian divas, such as Sara Ali Khan, Esha Gupta, and Manushi Chhillar, made their stunning debuts at Cannes 2023. While everybody is waiting for Ansuhka Sharma and Mrunal Thakur's appearance. On the other hand, Urvahsi Rautela grabbed eyeballs with her eye-popping look.

HARYANVI CHORI SAPAN CHOUDHARY TO MAKE HER CANNES DEBUT

In the latest development, it has been reported that Haryanvi dance sensation and singer Sapna Choudhary, who gained popularity following her participation in the reality show Bigg Boss, is all set to make her grand debut at Cannes.

To note, Sapna will be the first regional folk artist from India to attend the Cannes Film Festival. She will walk the prestigious 76th red carpet tomorrow, May 18, and according to sources, she has left for France.

Expressing her excitement, Sapna said, "I'm very grateful and really looking forward to walk the red carpet in Cannes Film Festival. It feels like I'm going to represent my culture and roots on this international platform. I'm highly excited and hope I make everyone proud."

She gained popularity through her energetic Haryanvi folk songs and stage performances. Many of her performances were uploaded on YouTube and social media, which made her an internet sensation not only in her state but across the nation.

ABOUT CANNES FILM FESTIVAL 2023

The Cannes International Film Festival is annually held in the French town of Cannes and previews and honours artists and films from all around the world. Considered the most prestigious film festival in the world, thousands of celebrities from across the world assemble in Cannes every summer to walk the red carpet there.

The festival, which kicked off on May 16, will run until May 26, 2223. Several Indian celebrities are expected to walk the red carpet, including Aditi Rao Hydari, Vijay Varma, and Tamannaah Bhatia, while Aishwarya Rai Bachchan, and Mrunal Thakur will be gracing the gala tonight.
