After creating an immense buzz in the town, Shalin Bhanot's ex-wife Dalljiet Kaur is finally hitched. The actress has tied the knot with beau Nikhil Patel in a traditional Gujarati ceremony in the presence of their respective families and close friends. In fact, Dalljiet has been treating fans with beautiful glimpses of her pre-wedding festivities which has left everyone in awe. And now, while Nikhil and Dalljiet's wedding pics are going viral on social media, the new bride's engagement ring has been grabbing the eyeballs.

To note, Dalljiet's engagement ring is all about simplicity and elegance. It was a simple ring with a stunning diamond on it. Interestingly, Nikhil had proposed Dalljiet during their Nepal vacation. It was a special moment wherein Nikhil got down on his knees at a public place and left Dalljiet in awe. Talking about the wedding, the new bride looked stunning in her white coloured heavily embroidered lehenga which she paired with a red dupatta. She had completed her bridal look with diamond and ruby jewellery and kaleeras with shell. On the other hand, Nikhil made a statement in a cream coloured heavily embroidered sherwani.

Interestingly, Dalljiet will be moving to Nairobi (Africa) post her wedding along with son Jaydon as Nikhil is currently placed there. "We will eventually move back to London, where he was born and raised," she was quoted saying. For the uninitiated, Dalljiet had met Nikhil through a common friend and they connected over their kids. While Dalljiet had a son from her first marriage with Shalin Bhanot, Nikhil has two daughters from his first marriage out of which one stays with him. "Romance wasn't in the air back then; it was just two single parents chatting. Love happened with time. It was our love for our children that connected us," she was quoted saying.
