Dharampantii: Channel CANCELS Plan To END Fahmaan Khan’s Show; Actress Reveals Interesting Details

Dharampatnii Update: Following the tremendous success of Tejasswi Prakash's Naagin 6, Ekta Kapoor joined forces with Colors TV once again for Pyar Ke Saath Vachan Dharampatnii, featuring Fahmaan Khan and Kritika Singh Yadav in the lead roles of Ravi Randhawa and Pratiksha, respectively.

With great anticipation and buzz surrounding it, Dharampatnii made its debut on Colors in February last year. However, despite a positive response from fans, the show has struggled to maintain good ratings from the start. As a result, it was announced last month that the show is ending soon.

FAHMAAN KHAN'S DHARAMPATNII IS NOT ENDING NOW

Initially, Fahmaan Khan starrer Dharampatni was supposed to end on June 9. However, a few days ago, it was revealed that the daily soap has received an extension of 25 days. Well, here comes a surprising piece of news for the show's loyal viewers.

The channel has dropped the idea of ending Pyar Ke Saath Vachan Dharampatnii and it not going off-air anytime soon. Yes, you read that right!

Confirming the same, Ashita Dhawan told ETimes, "Earlier, we got an extension from June 9 to 18. However, I just received a call from the production house that the show isn't ending. I am on cloud nine. Everything was finalised, including the last date of the telecast. So, this feels like a divine intervention."

The actress, who essays the role of Dolly Vikrant Randhawa in Dharampatnii, further stated that she was disappointed with the news of the show ending so soon. Seeking solace, she turned to a tarot card reader with whom she had a long-standing relationship. To her surprise, the tarot card reader predicted that the show would receive extensions and eventually continue.

Since then, she maintained an unwavering belief that Dharampatnii would not go off the air, even when others on the set were heartbroken and searched for new opportunities. However, she kept her faith and the tarot card reader's prediction turned out to be true.

So far, Fahmaan Khan hasn't yet reacted to the same. But, we're sure he must be elated with the development.
