Dhruv Tara’s Neha Harsora Opens Up On Celebrating Dussehra & Ending Evils Within; ‘Everyone Is In A Battle’

The festive season has been lively and colourful with Navratri for the last nine days. Navratri comes to a close with the celebration of Dussehra which marks the end of evil. Neha Harsora, known for playing Tilotama in Sony SAB's 'Dhruv Tara', opens up on the festival of Dussehra and shares what evil she would like to end to end within herself and people around her

Sharing the evil or negative trait she would like to end within herself, Neha says everyone is in a battle within them and has qualities to end, "I think everyone is in a battle with themselves with the various emotions that we feel nowadays such as the feeling of jealousy, envy or constant comparison with people around us. So we should eradicate these kinds of emotions because there is a lot of competition in the market with regards to our industry, or other sorts of business that people are doing. Especially with regards to social media, people are seeing posts and comparing themselves. It's all futile to compare yourself and be jealous of others. We should fight with these qualities within ourselves and focus on ourselves, our family and our close friends."

Every Indian festival comes with its signature delicacies, Neha shares what she loves to feast on during Dussehra. She says, "Dussehra brings back the joy in my family because being from a Gujarati family, we enjoy this festival a lot. During Dussehra, we bring Jalebi- Fafda. The sweet I am waiting for is Jalebi- Rabdi which my dad will bring. I do love this festival because a Hawan is taking place in my building, so it's a very positive ritual."

On the occasion of Dussehra, Neha has a special message for everyone. She shares, "Just stay positive, humble and kind to people around you. Stay positive about your health, wealth and everything."
