Dipika Kakar Health Update: TV stars Shoaib Ibrahim and Dipika Kakar have been occupied in recent times with the arrival of their newborn child. The couple joyfully welcomed their son Ruhaan in June this year and has consistently updated their followers about their journey into parenthood through their YouTube vlogs.

SHOAIB IBRAHIM REVEALS WHY DIPIKA KAKAR GOT HOSPITALISED

Nevertheless, these updates have experienced some irregularity as of late. In their most recent vlog, Shoaib Ibrahim took the opportunity to explain the reason for their temporary absence. Through his video, Shoaib Ibrahim disclosed that their family underwent a challenging period as several members fell ill. He shared that Dipika Kakar's health condition was particularly worse, requiring her hospitalization for treatment. Yes, you read that right!

The Ajooni actor began his Vlog by saying, "I'm so sorry for not keeping you guys posted and posting videos. My mom, son Ruhaan and Dipika all were down with viral flu. Dipika had a sore throat and major pain. She woke up one night and started to cry because of the throat pain. She is okay now. My mom, Ruhaan and everyone else in the family is fine. The weather these days isn't good and because of that everyone is catching the flu."

DIPIKA KAKAR ON FACING HEALTH ISSUES

Subsequently in the video, the complete family was captured enjoying quality time together, with each member appearing in good health. Dipika then said, " I had major pain in my throat and was sick for a couple of days. One night I cried a lot because of the pain, and Shoaib took me to the hospital."

The actress went on to share that Shoaib had experienced a similar flu-like illness for approximately three days. Their son, Ruhaan, had been dealing with colic. Additionally, she mentioned that she is still undergoing medication and is in the midst of an antibiotic course that would span several days. Importantly, all the medications are safe for lactation as her child is still breastfeeding.

Not long ago, Dipika and Shoaib had shared a family photograph featuring Ruhaan. In the image, the new parents were captured embracing their baby with visible affection. Dipika seemed moved to tears as she showered her baby boy with kisses. While Ruhaan's face remained concealed in the photo, his tiny feet were prominently on display.
