KRISHNA KAUL ON DUSSEHRA CELEBRATION

Many celebrities celebrate the festival with great enthusiasm and Kumkum Bhagya star Krishna Kaul is among them. The talented actor who essays the role of Ranbir the in long-running ZEE TV show, opened up about Dussehra celebrations and revealed how he used to celebrate the festival as a kid.

Talking about the same, Krishna Kaul said, "Dussehra is a festival that I absolutely enjoy.  In fact, when I was a kid, I used to have double the fun as we used to do Navami Puja, after which I would sneak out to play with my friends. Those were truly fun days. I always used to go watch Ramleela with my family and friends, which was too much fun roaming around the 'mela.' However, I have moved to Mumbai now, I'll carry every ounce of these memories in my soul even if I don't get to visit there during Puja. This festival and the celebrations truly warms my heart and I wish everyone a Happy Dussehra."

SIGNIFICANCE OF DUSSEHRA

Dussehra is a profoundly significant and auspicious occasion in Hindu mythology. It commemorates the triumph of virtue over malevolence when Lord Rama, following an extended battle between righteousness and evil, defeated the demon King Ravana and his wicked forces. This day is celebrated as Vijay Dashami, the Day of Victory, to honor this momentous event.

Moreover, Dussehra also marks the conclusion of the Navratri and Durga Puja festivities. It is believed that on this day, the formidable Goddess Durga confronted and annihilated Mahishasura's mighty army, conveying a profound message of good prevailing over evil.
