FIR Against Elvish Yadav After Noida Police Busts Rave Party

Elvish Yadav, who became a household name after winning Bigg Boss OTT 2, is now making headlines for the most shocking reason. The renowned YouTuber has been accused in a rave party case. Yes! You read it right. Recently, police had busted a rave party in Noida and arrested five people in the matter. As a case has been registered in the matter, Elvish's name has also cropped up in the FIR.

To note, the rave party was busted by Drugs Department, Forest Department and Noida Police. According to a report published in India Today, in a viral video from the party, Elvish was seen holding and playing with a snake. The media reports suggest that nine snakes, including five cobras, and snake venom were recovered during the raids. Furthermore, it was reported that Elvish's name was taken by the arrested people during the questioning as he admitted to supplying snakes to the Bigg Boss winner's parties.

Reportedly, the FIR has been registered under wildlife sections 9,39,49,50, 51 and IPC section 120B and that the authorities have even discovered around 20 ml of snake venom.

Meanwhile, a report published in India TV News claimed that ELvish Yadav has been absconding and the police is putting in efforts to nab him. On the other hand, as the news is spreading like wildfire, DCW chief Swati Maliwal reacted to the matter and shared Elvish Yadav's pic with Haryana Chief Minister Manohar Lal Khattar on micro-blogging site Twitter (now X). She wrote, "The CM of Haryana promotes this man from the platform. On one hand, talents like Sakshi Malik, and Bajrang Punia are beaten on the streets and the Haryana government promotes such people. In its videos, you will find obscene comments on girls and abusive language. Leaders can do anything for votes..."
