Elvish Yadav is a name that doesn't need an introduction now. The renowned Youtuber, who became a household name after participating in Bigg Boss OTT 2 as a wild card contestant, created history after he won the popular reality show. Ever since then, Elvish has been showered with immense love from the audience across the nation.

Recently, Elvish hosted an event for his followers in Gurgaon on Sunday (August 20) wherein he was seen interacting with his fans along with expressing his gratitude towards their unconditional love and support during his journey on Bigg Boss OTT 2. Amid this, he was also greeted by Haryana Chief Minister Manohar Lal Khattar which became the highlight of the event.

While it was undoubtedly an overwhelming moment for Elvish, his meeting with the Haryana CM sparked reports of the YouTuber planning to join the politics. It is speculated that entering politics might be the next big plan for Elvish after winning Bigg Boss OTT 2. As the speculations continue to be rife, Elvish's father has finally spilled the beans.

Talking to News Buff, Elvish's father stated while he wants him to career in the current field itself, joining politics will be the YouTuber's own decision. "Ye decision usi ka hoga. Main to chahunga ki abhi isi field me career banaye kyunki abhi bahut baki hai abhi start hua hai, zindagi ka pehla step hai. Baki uska nirnay hoga aur jo wo nirnay leta hai usko main badal bhi nahi sakta kyunki wo jo faisla karta hai karta hai," he added.

Meanwhile, Elvish is currently making headlines for basking in the success of the show. After creating history on Bigg Boss OTT 2, he created history by garnering the highest number of Instagram live viewers during his first Instagram live session post the popular reality show which happens to be 5.95 lakh concurrent users. Interestingly, he managed to beat MC Stan, Shah Rukh Khan and Virat Kohli to create the record and scored the 10th spot in the list of highest Instagram live users in the world
