Elvish Yadav made the headlines this morning after there were reports about an FIR against him in a rave party case. The news came after Drugs Department, Forest Department and Noida Police busted a rave party in Noida and arrested 5 people in the matter. The media reports suggested that the accused in the case admitted to supplying snakes to Elvish.

A report in India Today also claimed that a video from the party also featured Elvish holding a playing with the snake. The media reports suggested that the FIR has been registered under wildlife sections 9,39,49,50, 51 and IPC section 120B and that the authorities have even discovered around 20 ml of snake venom. In fact, a report published in India TV also claimed that Elvish Yadav has been absconding in the matter.

And now, Elvish Yadav has dismissed the allegations levelled against him and called all the reports fake. He also emphasised that he is willing to cooperate with the authorities and will take responsibility for everything if anything is proved against him. Sharing a video on micro-blogging site Twitter (now X) and said, "Main aaj subah utha aur maine dekha ki kaise kaise news fail rahi hai mere khilaf. All over media me ye cheez ho rakhi hai ki Elvish Yadav arrest ho gaye, Elvish Yadav nasheele pradarth ke saath pakde gaye, ye saari cheezein jo mere khilaaf fail rahi hain, jitne bhi aarop mere upar lage hain saare bebuniyaad hain, saare fake hain. 1% bhi inme sachai nahi hai. Main pura sehyog karne ke liye taiyaar hu UP police ek saath aur main request karunga UP police ko, pure prashasan ko, maninye mukhyamantri Yogi Adityanath ji ko ki meri 1% bhi, 0.1% bhi is cheez mein involvement mil jati, main sari zimmedari lene ko taiyaar hu."

He also emphasised, "Ye jitne bhi ilzaam lage hain inse mera koi lena dena nahi hai door door tk. Agar ye prove hote hain to uski zimmedari main lene ke liye taiyar hu".

This isn't all. Elvish also clarified about the video of him holding a snake and revealed that it was a clip from six month old music video. He also asserted, "Don't believe in everything".
