Sai Ketan Rao On Bold Scenes: From South films, web shows to TV serials, and short films, Sai Ketan Rao has tried his hands in every possible format and is making a mark for himself in the entertainment industry.

In 2023, the talented star finally made his Hindi TV debut with Star Plus' popular show Mehendi Hai Rachne Waali which proved to be a turning point in his career. Fans loved his brooding avatar and swag as Raghav Rao in the much-loved show. Also, his onscreen chemistry with co-star Shivangi Khedkar grabbed many eyeballs.

After a gap of over a year, Sai Ketan Rao finally made his TV comeback with Sandiip Sikcand's newly-launched Star Plus show Chashni co-starring Amandeep Sidhu and Srishti Singh. He plays the charming Raunak Reddy in the show which airs at 11 pm daily.

Touted as the 'spiciest' show on TV, Chashni airs at a late-night time slot. On being asked if the actor was disappointed when he got to know about his show getting the 11 pm slot, he told us, "The timing hasn't bothered me, neither in the past, it all depends on the story and execution. If that goes well then the audience is always available to watch."

We also asked if he would be comfortable doing bold scenes in Chashni as it airs at a late-night slot. Reacting to it, Sai Ketan Rao stated, "Bold scenes are to be included in the story only if necessary, unwanted scenes sometimes break the flow, so if story is going in flow along with intimate scenes that would be perfect for audience."
