EXCLUSIVE! Imlie Actor Zohaib Siddiqui On Keeping Roza And Celebrating Ramzan While Shooting

With the arrival of the holy month of Ramadan, everyone, including Muslims and non-Muslims, has got into a celebratory mood. Actor Zohaib Siddiqui, who is currently seen playing the character of Dhariya in the Star Plus show Imlie, is also busy celebrating the festival with full fervour.

Filmibeat caught up with the handsome hunk to know his plans for Ramzan and how he is celebrating the holy month. Zohaib, who has made waves with his performance as Dhariya, revealed that he is shooting the entire month but has planned things accordingly.

Sharing if he is keeping rozas and how he manages fasting while shooting, Zohaib exclusively told Filmibeat, "Yes, I am fasting because I believe that this is a month of purification. Since I will be shooting the entire month, keeping Roza's is a bit challenging, but I am managing well."

He added, "There are a lot of people from our cast and crew who are fasting and working at the same time, so it is quite an encouraging thing for me."

Zohaib also revealed that the team of Imlie plan an iftar in the evening, stating that everyone enjoys a delicious meal together on the sets. "I am celebrating this holy month on the sets of Imlie and we plan an iftar together in the evening. It is a divine and overwhelming feeling to watch the entire cast and crew having a scrumptious meal together at the same table. This month is pretty special for me and I pray to Allah every day for the well-being of everyone," he quipped.

Zohaib became a household name after delivering power-packed performances in hit shows like 'Sadda Haq' and 'Sapne Suhane Ladakpan Ke'. The talentd artist has impressed the audience with his acting chops in 'Suryaputra Karn', 'Radha Krishna' and 'Karmaphal Daata Shani'.
