Fahmaan Opens Up On ‘Galat Allegations’ Against Sumbul During BB16: Mujhe Pta Hai Wo Kaisi Hai, She Is…

It's been months since Bigg Boss 16 has come to an end and Sumbul Touqeer Khan's journey had left a mark on the audience. While fans were in awe of the Imlie actress' innocence, she also made headlines after several allegations were levelled against her during the popular reality show.

For the uninitiated, Sumbul was accused of being obsessed with Shalin Bhanot and their equation was frequently put under the scanner. Not just Tina Datta had claimed that the young actress had developed feelings for the Bekaboo star, Salman had also called out Sumbul for the same.

However, things changed after Sumbul's BFF and rumoured boyfriend Fahmaan Khan entered the house. Now, months after his entry into BB house, Fahmaan has opened up about the reason for going inside the house and also reacted to the allegations levelled against her.

Talking to Etimes, Fahmaan stated that he had entered the BB house to support Sumbul as he felt that she was in need of a familiar face in the game. The actor stated that there was a lot of contemplation about his entry on the popular reality show. However, he chose to go inside the house considering the allegations levelled against Sumbul as he felt that it was important to remove those allegations.

"Us dauraan jo cheezein chali uske saath, jo issues hui, jo galat allegations lagaye gaye uspe.... kyunki mujhe pata hai wo kaisi hai... wo aisi hi hai. Aap us cheez ko maano na maano but she is like that. She is very protective about her own, she is very protective about the people she wants to have around her life. So, that time I think that was very important and I said I will go inside. And it was important to remove those allegations and when people saw her with me, they understood what I was trying to tell without even saying it," Fahmaan was quoted saying.

The Apna Time Bhi Aayega actor also emphasised that it was important for him to give Sumbul a reality check and bring her back to the senses. "It was just showing someone the mirror. She needed some confidence booster aur main use wahi bol ke aaya. Maine kaha 2 cheezein hain - Yahan par koi tera apna nahi hone wala aur ye sun ki tu bahut strong hai isiliye yahan pe hai varna tu ab tak nahi last kar pati. Nikal gaye na tere saamne kitne log.. Fahmaan also asserted that he is glad that he could enter the house to support Sumbul as even Salman accepted that the young actress was always like that with her friend. However, he mentioned that he doesn't want to take credit for Sumbul's changed game on the show.

"If you see her now also, uske baad bhi shayad jo uski journey rahi hai, it was a much better journey than it was before that. Mere jaa ke aane ke baad bhi, it changed, her confidence became in a better space and I am not saying it was because of me. I don't want to take any credit for that. It was her," Fahmaan stated as he sang praises for Sumbul.

Talking about the work front, Fahmaan was recently seen in his new song Beirada with Hiba Nawab. Besides, he is also seen playing the lead role in Pyar Ke Saat Vachan Dharampatnii with Kritika Singh.
