Fahmaan Talks About Moving On From His Character In Dharampatnii; Connects It With Exit From Sumbul’s Imlie
Fahmaan Khan is one of the most talked about actors in the telly world these days and rightfully so. The actor has been the talk of the town for his recently released song Beirada with Hiba Nawab which has opened to rave reviews from the audience and fans have been in awe of their chemistry.
Apart from his new song, Fahmaan has also been making the headlines for ongoing show Pyar Ke Saat Vachan Dharampatnii. The actor was seen playing the role of Ravi Randhawa and his style has won hearts. However, the popular family drama is set to go off air next month.
Needless to say, the reports about Pyar Ke Saat Vachan Dharampatnii going off air has come as a heartbreak to the fans. In fact, Fahmaan also opened up about the show's end and stated that he is disheartened by the same. However, he is glad to be able to present Ravi on screen.
Furthermore, Fahmaan also said that he will always carry Ravi in his heart. "I am going to miss Ravi and Ravi is going to be there in my heart somewhere deep down and I will take it to my grave," he told ETimes in an interview. The actor connected the show's end to him leaving Sumbul Touqeer Khan's Imlie and said that he is ready to embrace the change.
"I'm glad that it gave me whatever, do whatever I could do in that show, I could perform, I could bring out Ravi's emotions in the way that I could, I got myself to prove in another character again. It is disheartening to leave Ravi, it is disheartening to leave all the characters that are there in the show but I am ready to embrace it, accept it and move on. It's how I have done everything that I have done till now. This is what I said at the time of Imlie as well," Fahmaan added.

Talking about the reason the family drama pulling its curtains down, a source told Filmibeat, "Despite the twists and turns, Dharam Patni couldn't rake in huge TRPs. The show faced stiff competition from Neil Bhatt-Ayesha Singh starrer Ghum Hai Kisikey Pyaar Meiin on Star Plus at the 8pm slot. PKSVD is going off air due to low TRPs. The decision was taken earlier this month".
Meanwhile, it is reported that the team of Pyar Ke Saath Vacha Dharampatnii will wrap the shoot on May 20.
