Soundarya Sharma and Gautam Vig's rumoured love affair grabbed a lot of eyeballs on Bigg Boss 16 and left everyone brimming with an opinion. While the two were said to have found love in each other on the popular reality show, things changed after Gautam's elimination.

In fact, as BB16 came to an end in February this year, fans have been wondering about Gautam and Soundarya's equation after the show. While the two have maintained that they are friends, Soundarya made headlines recently after she revealed that she did try to clarify things with Gautam, she didn't get the clarity on things she asked him post the show.

"He did reach out to me but if it mattered so much to me, why was he not consistent about apologising," she told Siddharth Kanan. And now, Gautam Vig has opened up about his equation with Soundarya and said that they aren't in regular touch now. However, he did emphasise that he doesn't have any hatred for Soundarya. Instead, he will always cherish the memories they made on the show.

"Hum mile nahi kyunki she is in Mumbai, I am in Chandigarh. She is busy with her work and I am busy with mine. Jab wo bahar aayi to meri phone pe baat hui unse 1-2 baar. There was a lot of chaos that was happening at that time. Jab wo andar thi main bahar tha to bahut idhar udhar se cheezein boli ja rahi thi, so we tried to sort it out. We are friends. I think we are giving each other space and time. Dost hain, kabhi mile to baat karenge. Regular touch me nahi hain kyunki maine starting me 2-3 baar try kia aur iske baad humne cheezein understand ki, cheezein normal hui and uske baad she is busy with her life and I am busy with mine. And long distance is another game altogether. Aur honestly main finale ke baad mila bhi nahi. So thik hai friends hai kabhi milenge to ache se baat karenge. There is no hatred. There are just good memories and I will always cherish them," Gautam said in an interview with First India Telly.

Meanwhile, talking about the work front, Gautam is currently seen playing the lead in Junooniyatt along with Ankit Gupta and Neha Rana. Besides, he was also seen in the song Bewafa Se Pyaar Kia with Riva Kishan which has been sung by Jubin Nautiyal and Payal Dev.
