Amidst the intriguing plot twists, fans were pleasantly surprised by the announcement of a generation leap. Consequently, the lead trio - Ayesha, Neil, and Harshad, will bid farewell to the show, and the narrative will then focus on the lives of grown-up Saavi and Vinayak, taking the story in an exciting new direction after the 20-year leap.
Besides Neil, Ayesha, and Harshad, several other cast members too have left the much-loved family drama and some of them are Vihan Verma, Sheetal Maulik, and Mridul Kumar among others. Amid all this, fans wondered if Kishori Shahane aka Bhavani Chavan is leaving GHKKPM before leap or not.
KISHORI SHAHANE IS NOT QUITTING GHUM HAI KISIKEY PYAAR MEIIN
In a recent interview, the seasoned actress finally opened up about the same and revealed that she'll be a part of Ghum Hai Kisikey Pyaar Meiin even after the generation leap. Yes, you read that right!
Talking about the same, Kishori told Tellychakkar, "I am very much a part of the show. The viewers will definitely get to see Bhavani in the show post the leap."
Expressing her thoughts on her co-actors departing the show before the leap, she shared her sentiment of missing the opportunity to work with them. Currently, they are spending ample time together on set, enjoying lunch parties and fostering strong camaraderie.
On being asked about the timeline when the makers are planning to introduce the leap in GHKKPM, the actress stated, "We are still shooting for the current track and the leap will soon happen. It is almost around the corner but we haven't got the exact date yet."
