Ghum Hai Kisikey Pyaar Meiin Update: Star Plus' Ghum Hai Kisikey Pyaar Mein premiered in 2020 without any big name in the cast. Featuring Neil Bhatt, Ayesha Singh, and Aishwarya Sharma in the lead roles of Virat, Sai, and Patralekha respectively, the show was launched with no big star in the main parts. However, GHKKPM got a good response since the beginning and turned out to be a huge success on the TRP front.

GHUM HAI KISIKEY PYAAR MEIIN GENERATION LEAP

After a successful run of three years, Ghum Hai Kisikey Pyaar Meiin makers decided to revamp the show and introduced a generation leap in July this year. While Shakti Arora and Bhavika Sharma entered the superhit show as the new leads Ishaan and Savi respectively, most actors from the earlier cast left the daily soap.

However, only a few of them continued to be a part of GHKKPM post leap and one of them is seasoned actress Bharati Patil. In a recent interview, the actress opened up about the same and revealed why she chose to continue.

BHARATI PATIL ON CONTINUING WITH GHKKPM AFTER LEAP

Revealing the same during a conversation with Tellychakkar, she said, "My thought was that nobody from the previous cast was there post the leap except for me, Kishori Shahane and Shailesh Datar. So, I thought there is no problem continuing with the show as I have been a part of it ever since the beginning and it is my responsibility to stay. We did not have any issues from the makers or anything. We are blessed with good people and why leave the show? I will be there as long as the show is going on. The production team has been very honest with me and I should also show the same kind of response to them."

For those who are unaware, Shakti Arora and Bhavika Sharma are performing well as Ishaan and Savi. While they received a mixed response initially, the loyal viewers of Ghum Hai Kisikey Pyaar Meiin have finally accepted them as the stars of the show now.
