Ghum Hai Kisikey Pyaar Meiin | Shakti Arora-Bhavika's Co-Star On Less Screen Space: They Don't Have Too...

Ghum Hai Kisikey Pyaar Meiin Bhavika Sharma Shakti Arora

Ghum Hai Kisikey Pyaar Meiin Update: Produced by Cockrow Entertainment and Shaika Films, Ghum Hai Kisikey Pyaar Mein made its debut on Star Plus in 2020, featuring Neil Bhatt, Ayesha Singh, and Aishwarya Sharma in the lead roles as Virat, Sai, and Patralekha, respectively. The trio captivated fans for a remarkable three-year journey before bidding farewell a few months ago.

To breathe new life into the beloved daily soap, the creators of Ghum Hai Kisikey Pyaar Meiin opted for a generation leap in July of this year, leaving devoted SaiRat fans in astonishment. Following Neil and Ayesha's departure, Shakti Arora and Bhavika Sharma stepped in as the new protagonists, portraying Ishaan and Savi, respectively. Although the duo initially garnered a mixed response, they have gradually won over the hearts of viewers who now fervently support their pairing as IshVi.

ASTHA AGARWAL ON LESS SCREEN TIME IN GHUM HAI KISIKEY PYAAR MEIIN

Besides them, Imlie actress Astha Agarwal also entered the show after the leap and is seen playing Shikha Bhosale in it. While she's playing a pivotal part in GHKKPM, there have been times when she got lesser screen space in comparison to her co-actors.

In a recent interview, she opened up about playing a character role and getting lesser screen time. Sharing her thoughts about the same, she told Tellychakkar, "It's been a long time I have been in the industry now. I used to feel all this in the beginning. When you play a character role like a sister-in-law or a sister, they are in the scene but they don't have too many dialogues. Sometimes it's not required. Initially, I even faced this problem. I felt that there is something not right about my performance which is why my screen time is chopped. But over time, I have realised that it is just not required to speak."

ASTHA AGARWAL HAPPY BEING A PART OF A BIG SHOW LIKE GHKKPM

However, Astha is happy being a part of a big show like GHKKPM. "Being in a big show and being a part of the first family is an achievement. There are days when there won't be any scenes for me. But someday, it will come and I will get to perform. So now, I don't feel like that anymore. It feels great to perform scenes sometimes which are quite big. I prefer doing characters which involve 15 to 20 days of work in a month," she added.
