AYESHA SINGH CONFIRMS EXIT AFTER GENERATION LEAP

While SaiYa fans were elated with Sai and Satya finally tying the knot, their happiness was short-lived as the show is soon taking a generation leap after which the lead trip will bid adieu to Ghum Hai Kisikey Pyaar Meiin.

In a recent interview, Ayesha Singh aka Sai confirmed the reports of the 20-year leap and revealed that she's indeed exiting.

Speculations have arisen regarding the decision, with reports suggesting various reasons behind their exit. Some rumours suggest that the lead actors were hesitant to portray aged characters, while there are also speculation that the cast were demanding for increased remuneration.

However, Ayesha Singh dismissed the ongoing rumours and cleared that they're exiting as the show is undergoing a revamp. Talking to Tellychakkar, she said, "Not at all. The story had to move forward and that's all".

REASON BEHIND LEAP IN GHUM HAI KISIKEY PYAAR MEIIN

As per the ongoing buzz, the makers of Ghum Hai Kisikey Pyaar Meiin believed that the original storyline, inspired by Kusum Dola, had reached its natural conclusion and required a fresh narrative.

Consequently, the decision was made to introduce a new storyline. While the three main stars will be departing, Virat's family members, including Sheetal Maulik, Kishori Shahane, Tanvi Thakkar, and Vihaan Sharma, will continue to be part of the show.
