Ghum Hai Kisikey Pyaar Meiin: Ankit Gupta’s Junooniyatt Co-Star Enters GHKKPM As Savi’s Mentor

Ghum Hai Kisikey Pyaar Meiin Update: One of the most successful shows on TV, Ghum Hai Kisikey Pyaar Mein recently witnessed a generation leap due to which Neil Bhatt and Ayesha Singh left it and the makers introduced Shakti Arora and Bhavika Sharma as the new leads Ishaan and Savi respectively.

Sumit Singh, on the other hand, essays the parallel lead in Ghum Hai Kisikey Pyaar Meiin. Besides the new protagonists, the much-loved show also witnessed several new entries to make it more interesting and entertaining for viewers. One of them is Manasi Salve who is known for essaying strong characters in her shows.

MANASI SALVE AS SAVI'S MENTOR IN GHUM HAI KISIKEY PYAAR MEIIN

In a career spanning almost two decades in showbiz, Manasi Salvi has been a part of many popular shows including Kohi Apna Sa, Saarrthi, Sati, Pavitra Rishta, and Pyaar Ka Dard Hai Meetha Meetha Pyaara Pyaara. Last seen in Ankit Gupta and Gautam Singh Vig's Junooniyatt, the actress recently entered Ghum Hai Kisikey Pyaar Meiin as Savi's mentor and is happy to be a part of the show.

Talking to ETimes about her role in Ghum Hai Kisikey Pyaar Meiin, Manasi said, "I want people to watch and connect with my character. This is a Maharashtrian character and I am happy to play this role because I am a Maharashtrian. Many years ago, I did a Marathi show Asambhav and now after almost two decades, I am playing a Maharashtrian character. I enjoy wearing these saris and chandra bindis."

MANASI SALVI'S STINT IN ANKIT GUPTA'S JUNOONIYATT

For the unversed, Manasi Salvi essayed the role of Jordan's (Gautam Singh Vig) mother in Ravie Dubey and Sargun Mehta's production venture Junooniyatt. For the show, she even relocated to Chandigarh. However, things didn't turn out as expected. In a surprising turn of events, she quit the musical drama after appearing in just 12 episodes. Later, Rinku Ghosh replaced her as Maheep.
