Ghum Hai Kisikey Pyaar Meiin Update: After a highly successful run of approximately three years, the popular daily soap starring Neil Bhatt and Ayesha Singh recently took a generation leap. As SaiRat bid farewell to Ghum Hai Kisikey Pyaar Meiin (GHKKPM), the story has now shifted its focus to the life of grown-up Savi.

Bhavika Sharma, known for her role in Maddam Sir, has been cast to portray the character of Savi, the daughter of Sai and Virat. Additionally, Shakti Arora has been introduced as the new male lead Ishaan in Ghum Hai Kisikey Pyaar Meiin. To further enhance the cast, Vandana Singh was recently roped in to essay the character of Shakti's onscreen sister.

While the actress was excited to essay a pivotal negative role in the hit show, it looks like the makers replaced her overnight with actress Nandani Tiwary. Yes, you read that right!

In a recent interview, Vandana Singh expressed her displeasure and revealed that she's upset with the development. However, she added that Ghum Hai Kisikey Pyaar Meiin is the second show in the last ten days in which she got replaced overnight.

Sharing her disappointment, Vandana told ETimes, "I am used to being replaced after being confirmed but it's disappointing. This is the second show in 10 days in which I have been replaced a night before the shoot. As an actor, I feel helpless. Even the contracts are one-sided. An actor can be replaced overnight but she has to serve a two-month notice when she decides to exit a show."

NANDANI TIWARY NOW PLAYING SHAKTI ARORA SISTER DURGA IN GHKKPM

Nandani Tiwary has now confirmed that she's essaying the role of Ishaan's (Shakti Arora) sister Durga in Ghum Hai Kisikey Pyaar Meiin. She started the shoot yesterday and her entry is likely to be aired in tonight's (July 1) episode.

Before GHKKPM, Nandani featured in various shows including Maddam Sir, Tenali Rama, and Balveer Returns.
