Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai Update: A Rajan Shahi home production, YRKKH has been winning hearts for the past 14 years and is still performing really well in the TRP charts. The much-loved family saga premiered on Star Plus in 2009 and currently features Harshad Chopda and Pranali Rathod in the lead roles of Abhimanyu and Akshara respectively.

At the beginning of 2023, TV star Jay Soni entered Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai as Abhinav, the new guy opposite Akshara after the leap. While the actor made his mark as the pure-hearted guy Abhinav, the makers recently confirmed his exit from the show leaving the loyal viewers sad.

Best known for essaying the lead role of Ishaan in Sasural Genda Phool, Jay Soni is currently seen as Akshara's husband Abhinav in Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai. Initially, he received a lot of flak from AbhiRa fans, however, he eventually became an integral part of the family drama. In the coming episode, his character is confirmed to die.

Karan Kundrra

Recently seen in Tere Ishq Mein Ghayal, TV star Karan Kundrra entered the long-running Star Plus show in 2021. He essayed the role of Ranveer, the former love of Seerat (Shivangi Joshi). Just like Abhinav, even Ranveer died in YRKKH after playing a pivotal part in Kartik and Seerat's love story.

Pankhuri Awasthy

After Kartik (Mohsin Khan) and Naira's (Shivangi Joshi), Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai took a time leap after which Pankhuri Awasthy was introduced as Vedika in 2019. Initially, she was shown as Kartik's close friend who eventually fell in love with him. While she was set to marry him, Naira's re-entry played spoilsport and Vedika later turned grey in the show.

Charu Asopa

For those who are unaware, Charu Asopa was a part of Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai in 2010 when Hina Khan and Karan Mehra were a part of it. She essayed the role of Naitik's secretary Sneha who had no idea about his wedding with Akshara and fell in love with him. Her character was a positive one and was left heartbroken after the reality came out.
