Himanshi Khurana Deactivates Social Media Accounts After Disclosing Chats With Ex Beau Asim Riaz

Actress and singer Himanshi Khurana fell in love with fellow contestant Asim Riaz while on Bigg Boss 13. The couple have been adored and received a lot of love over the years. Yesterday Himanshi took to social media and shared the news of her separation with Asim but it seems social media users took certain parts of her statement in the wrong way.

Himanshi had shared a note about how she and Asim are not together anymore, and expressed how there are no hard feelings between them and the decision was taken to respect their different religious beliefs. She had said in her tweet, "YES, We are not together anymore, All the time we have spent together has been great but our togetherness comes to an end Now. The journey of our relationship was great and we are moving forward in our lives. With due respect to our respective religions we are sacrificing our love for our different religious beliefs. We have nothing against each other. We request you to respect our privacy. Himanshi"

It seems some people took her reason for the separation the wrong way and seem to have trolled both Asim and Himanshi individually on social media. Himanshi shared a post on X (Twitter) today regarding this and clarified that she does not disrespect any religion and does not want anyone to blame her or Asim for the breakup. She said in the tweet, "This is my last & final statement to clarify dt I'm a secular person so I am not disrespecting any religion. I just chose mine. if i don't want anyone of u to blame him for breakup then I also want no one of you to blabber against me.. From my past relationship I was quiet for reason I took whole blame here i tried the same but im sry people took it other way"

Himanshi also added a screenshot of a chat with Asim to clarify that both she and Asim are on the same page regarding their decision. The chat included Asim's messages where he tells her to mention the reason as they both come from a different religion and have different beliefs, and took the decision while keep the due respect to each other's religions.

Shortly after this, Himanshi deactivated her X and Instagram accounts indicating a possible break from social media. While fans may be quite emotional regarding their breakup, it is important that their privacy be respected, which is maybe why she opted for a social media break.
