Indian Idol 14 contestants list: It's difficult to keep calm as Indian Idol 2023 has been finally launched. The singing reality show is back with a new season on the small screen from Saturday (October 7). The first episode received an amazing response from the audience as it featured talented contestants.

INDIAN IDOL 14 JUDGES NAME

Fans are excited as Shreya Ghoshal is back on the judges panel. The singer will be judging the show along with Vishal Dadlani and Kumar Sanu. Kumar Sanu, who is the newest addition to the show, expressed his excitement on being a part of Indian Idol season 14.

"Over the years, Indian Idol has become a cultural phenomenon, uniting both families and music enthusiasts across the nation. I am confident that Season 14 will be a spectacular journey like no other, showcasing India's musical richness and I am really excited about my debut as a judge alongside Shreya and Vishal for this season," he said in a statement as quoted as saying by IANS.

While Sony Entertainment Television is yet to officially announce the top 15 contestants of Indian Idol 14, the channel has dropped hints about the singers, who will advance to the next stage. The likes of Adya Mishra, Mismi Bose, Vaibhav Gupta, Anjana Padmanabhan, Subhadeep Das, Dhroon Tickoo and Muskab Srivastava are expected to be Indian Idol 14 top 15 contestants.

WHO IS DHROON TICKOO?

Dhroon Tickoo, who hails from Amritsar impressed the judges as he performed on Ek Chatur Nar. Kumar Sanu praised him saying, "Kishore da, Mehmood ji, Manna da, Sunil ji, sab aaj khush hoge." He was all praise for the talented boy from Punjab. Dhroon Tickoo is the first runner of Sa Re Ga Ma Pa 2017.

WHO IS ADYA MISHRA? MEET INDIAN IDOL 14 CONTESTANT

Setting the stage on fire, Adya Mishra sang the song 'Namak Ishq Ka', making the judges cheer for her. Vishal Dadlani was quick enough to point out, "I have not heard a voice like this."

A promo went viral on social media where Adya can be seen receiving an amazing response from the judges. Adya hails from the city of Faridabad.

The official Instagram handle of Sony TV released the promo along with the caption, "Sur bhi aur andaaz bhi, iss season ke contestants hain talent se bharpoor."
