Jhanak TWIST: Krushal Ahuja Aka Anirudh Reveals BIG Update About His Character In Star Plus Show

Jhanak twist: Star Plus has managed to capture the attention of the audience with its impactful shows. Be it Anupamaa or Ghum Hai Kisikey Pyaar Meiin, the shows on the channel have been able to strike a chord with the viewers. The leading GEC has the maximum shows in the top ten shows list, making it a favourite of the country.

JHANAK CAST, LAUNCH DATE, TIME SLOT

When it comes to delivering extraordinary content and exploring unexplored territory, none of the channels can beat Star Plus. The numero uno GEC is now all set to launch a new show titled Jhanak. The upcoming drama will star Hiba Nawab, who was last seen in Woh Toh Hai Albela opposite Shaheer Sheikh. The TV diva will be seen playing the titular role in JhanaK while Krushal Ahuja has been paired opposite her. He is essaying the character of Anirudh.

While the two main protagonists have been locked, Chandani Sharma will be seen as the third wheel in Jhanak and Aniruddh's relationship. Her character has been named Arshi. Ekta Sharma and Rishi Kaushik are also a part of the show, which will launch on November 20, 2023.

Jhanak will replace Yeh Hai Chahatein, which has been pushed to the 11pm slot to make for the new daily soap. Jhanak is the story of a girl who wishes to be a dancer but grows up in hardship. Despite all the odds, she will overcome the challenges and try to goals. She will try to make ends meet, but a tragedy will leave her devastated.

Anirudh will step ahead to safeguard Jhanak from the evil eyes, however, their paths will become entangled. Viewers can expect a rollercoaster of emotions as Jhanak will rise from the ashes and fulfill her dreams just like a phoenix.

KRUSHAL AHUJA ON HIS CHARACTER IN JHANAK

The male lead of Jhanak spilled the beans on his character, revealing the details about the upcoming twist in the show.

"I gave the audition and did mock shoots, and in one day, I was finalised for the character of Anirudh in the show Jhanak. I am blessed to work with an amazing production house and look forward to it. Anirudh is a software engineer who is passionate about photography, and he has positive intentions towards life. The audience will get to witness the varied range of emotions of Anirudh," the Bengali actor said in a statement as quoted as saying by IANS.

Jhanak, which has been produced by Leena Gangopadhyay, will beam at 10.30pm from Monday to Sunday on Star Plus.
