Thapki Pyar Ki Actress Jigyasa Singh NOT Dead! Actress Slams Death Rumours; Says ‘I Am Alive’

Over the years several celebs have fallen prey to death hoaxed and rumours which left fans shocked. And now, another celeb from the television actress has fallen prey to the death hoax

We are talking about Jigyasa Singh who became a household name with her stint in Thapki Pyar Ki. Recently the internet was stirred with reports of Jigyasa Singh's untimely demise. Several videos went viral on social media stating that the actress passed away. While the news left everyone shocked, it turned out to be mere rumours.

In fact, Jigyasa, who is hail and hearty took to social media to slam the death rumours and clarified that she is very much alive. Taking to her Instagram story, Jigyasa shared a screenshot of her fake death news and wrote, "Who are these people spreading this? Guys, I am alive! MIRACLE MIRACLE! Stop spreading this fake news on fake channels".

For the uninitiated, Jigyasa Singh was seen in Thapki Pyar Ki in the titular character. She was also seen in the second season of the show. However, Jigyasa quit the show midway owing to health conditions. During one of her interviews with the Times of India, Jigyasa stated, "I decided to take a break because I have been struggling with some health issues for the past four-five months. I assumed that all the tiredness and restlessness were a result of a hectic shooting schedule. However, after a few tests, I got to know that I had developed a few problems because of continuous shooting. It took a toll on my health".

She was last seen in Shakti: Astitva Ke Ehsaas Ki opposite Simba Nagpal and their chemistry won a lot of hearts.
