Junooniyatt Update: BIG Change In Ankit Gupta's Musical Show, SHOCKING Twist Ahead For Viewers

Junooniyatt: Ankit Gupta's musical drama has been entertaining the audience with its drama-packed episodes. The daily soap co-starring Gautam Vig and Neha Rana has been churning out new twists and turns to keep everyone engrossed. Despite the buzz surrounding the show, it has not been able to garner huge ratings.

ANKIT GUPTA ON LOW TRPS OF JUNOONIYATT

When Junooniyatt was launched, TV buffs expected the show to perform well as it featured Ankit Gupta, who was basking in the success of Bigg Boss 16. The actor also admitted in an interview that he was hoping Junooniyatt would grab more eyeballs and even emerge as the number show on Colors channel.

"Expectations to bahut jyada high thi. Jab Junooniyatt start kiya to main bahut jyada confident tha kyunki main ek bahut hit show deke aaya tha aur uske baad Bigg Boss me logo ne itna pasand kiya tha. Fir jab Junooniyatt me main aur Gautam saath mein aaye, main confident tha ki ye to show toh bahut achi opening karega and iski achi rating jayegi. Lagta tha Colors ka number one show bhi ban jaye," Ankit told ABP News.

JUNOONIYATT TO REPLACE TERE ISHQ MEIN GHAYAL

If the recent buzz is to be believed, Colors TV has decided to change the time slot of Junooniyatt. Yes, you read that right! From Monday (June 19), there will be a big change in the timings of the show.

The musical drama will now telecast at 9pm in place of Karan Kundrra, Gashmeer Mahajani and Reem Shaikh starrer Tere Ishq Mein Ghayal. As the supernatural show moved to Jio Cinema, the head honcho at the channel decided to shift Junooniyatt to a new slot.

Neerja, which is expected to be the next big launch on Colors channel, will take the 8:30pm slot in the upcoming days.

SHOCKING TWIST IN JUNOONIYATT

All eyes were on Jahaan and Elahi's wedding as the makers have promoted their marriage track extensively. However, the couple will part ways and Elahi will end up marrying Jordan. In a shocking twist, Jahaan will shift base to a foreign country as he will be deeply hurt by the betrayal.

Guess what? Jahaan will return to India with a bang and showcase his new avatar in front of him. He will also question Elaahi and Jordan. Jordan will cause problems for Elaahi, making her life hell in Punjab.
