Junooniyatt TRP: When Ankit Gupta's show was launched in February 2023, TV buffs expected it to perform quite well in terms of ratings. After all, the musical drama had all the necessary ingredients for a successful show- drama, romance, love triangle. After a good start, the show has somehow stayed stagnant despite a promising storyline and star-studded cast.

The latest set of BARC TRP ratings have not brought cheers for the team of Junooniyatt as the show has witnessed a drop in its viewership. The romantic drama, which also stars Gautam Vig and Neha Rana, has not been able to strike a chord with the audience in the competitive 8:30pm slot.

Junooniyatt, which registered a TRP of 1.1 in week 9, slipped to a rating of 1 in the current week. While the promos have created anticipation, the show somehow has remained stagnant and the creative team is leaving no stone unturned to keep the viewersw engaged.

Junooniyatt was launched along with Tere Ishq Mein Ghayal and Molkki 2 on Colors channel. While Molkki 2 is going off air, Reem Shaikh, Karan Kundrra and Gashmeer Mahajani starrer Tere Ishq Mein Ghayal has also failed to create ripples on the TRP charts. TIMG's time slot has been trimmed to half an hour from the present one hour from March 20. The supernatural show will now air five times a week, from Monday to Friday.

Junooniyatt competes with Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah (Sony SAB), Imlie (Star Plus), Bhagya Lakshmi (Zee TV), Ajooni (Star Bharat) and Katha Ankahee (Sony TV) at 8:30pm slot. The slot is known for intensified competition.
