Titled Kavya- Ek Jazbaa Ek Junoon, the upcoming drama will showcase the journey of an IAS officer, who has to strike a balance between her married and professional life. Starring Sumbul Touqeer and Mishkat Varma, the show marks the return of the two actors in the fiction space. While Sumbul is fondly known for her role of Imlie, Mishkat was last seen in Anandibaa Aur Emily. After a successful stint in Bigg Boss 16. TV's Imlie is once again ready to showcase her acting prowess.

Filmibeat was the first portal to reveal that Mishkat will be paired opposite the Bigg Boss 16 star in Kavya. He perfectly fits the bill as we are confident that he will look amazing with Sumbul Touqeer. SUMBUL TOUQEER TO CLASH WITH FAHMAAN KHAN?

Filmibeat had exclusively reported about Sony TV giving a prime time slot to Kavya from next month.A reliable source quipped, "The channel is still deciding the timings of Sumbul Touqeer's upcoming show. It can be either 7:30pm or 10pm. Things will be clear in the next few days. One thing is clear- the channel has high hopes from the show and they are leaving no stone unturned to present it on a grand scale."

"If Kavya gets the 10pm slot, Sumbul's show will compete with Fahmaan Khan starrer DharamPatnii. While gossip mills suggest that DharamPatni has received an extension of six months, it is expected to go off air to make way for Salman Khan's Bigg Boss 17," the source added. Fahmaan Khan's show was moved to a new time slot a few days after the cast wrapped up the shoot. The drama has received an extension on Colors channel.
