After wrapping up the shoot of Imlie, the TV diva immediately took up Bigg Boss 16. She created ripples with her stint in Salman Khan's reality show. Although she didn't win, Sumbul Touqeer earned a significant fan following.

"Mishkat, known for his work in shows like Aur Pyaar Hogya and Nisha Aur Uske Cousins, has signed the dotted lines for Kavya- Ek Jazba Ek Junoon. He perfectly fits the bill as we are confident that he will look amazing with Sumbul Touqeer. Gossio mills suggested that Kavya would replace Katha Ankahee at 8:30pm slot. However, we squashed the rumours and confirmed that Adnan Khan and Aditi Sharma's show is not going off air.

A reliable source shared an update about the show and stated, "The channel is still deciding the timings of Sumbul Touqeer's upcoming show. It can be either 7:30pm or 10pm. Things will be clear in the next few days. One thing is clear- the channel has high hopes from the show and they are leaving no stone unturned to present it on a grand scale."

MISHKAT VARMA REVEALS DETAILS ABOUT HIS CHARACTER IN KAVYA

Mishkat Varma has shared details about his character, spilling the beans on his on-screen name and how he will be different from the other male leads on Indian television. The Divya Drishti star will be seen as Adiraj Pradhan in Kavya, playing a character who will turn cheerleader for her. He will encourage Kavya to push boundaries and achieve her goal. Talking about the same, he told ETimes, "He's quite unlike the typical heroes you see on Indian television."

The Anandibaa Aur Emily star called his character 'real and a rebel'. He wished to take away Adiraj's ability to appreciate each moment.
