Shiv Thakare’s New BFF Archana Gautam Not To Shoot For Khatron Ke Khiladi 13? Here’s What We Know

After creating immense buzz, Rohit Shetty's Khatron Ke Khiladi 13 has finally hit the floors. The adventure based reality show has been coming with an interesting ensemble of contestants and is being shot in South Africa's Cape Town. Shiv Thakare, Rohit Roy, Sheezan Khan, Nyra Banerjee, Aishwarya Sharma, Arjit Taneja, Anjum Fakih etc, all the contestants have reached the destination and are quite excited about the show.

Amid this, former Bigg Boss 16 contestant Archana Gautam's absence from the group pics has left the fans confused. To note, Archana, who became a household name with her stint on the popular reality show, was also roped in for Khatron Ke Khiladi 13. In fact, she even went for a quick makeover for her stint on Rohit Shetty's show.

However, as all the contestants have been sharing pics from their trip to Cape Town, Archana doesn't seem to be chilling with her fellow contestants. And while speculations are rife about her absence, it is reported that Archana will not be shooting for Khatron Ke Khiladi 13.

According to a report from Fifafooz, Archana is not shooting for the show owing to her ill health. The report suggested that Archana has fallen ill after reaching Cape Town and has been advised to complete rest by the doctors.

Well, the news has certainly come as a shock to Archana's fans and they are certainly praying for her good health so that she can compete with other contestants on Khatron Ke Khiladi 13.

Interestingly, Archana has been charging a heft amount for her stint on Khatron Ke Khiladi 13. It is reported that she is charging Rs 3 lakhs per week for participating in the adventure based reality show.

Meanwhile, Archana has also been grabbing the eyeballs for her new found friendship with her Bigg Boss 16 arch rival Shiv Thakare. She told Filmibeat, "Dekho main competitor toh nhi dekhungi, kyunki sabhi log competitor hain. Main ek ko leki nahi jaungi. Sabhi log bahut acha karege aur karna bhi chahiye. Mujhe apne upar dhyan dena hai kyunki mujhe best dena hai. Rohit sir ke samne yeh hona chahiye- 'Well done Archana.'. Main yeh sochkar jaa rahi hu"
