Kumkum Bhagya TWIST: THIS Lead To NOT Quit, Will Continue After Leap? Here's What We Know

Kumkum Bhagya leap: It seems it's the season of leaps in telly land. After Ghum Hai Kisikey Pyaar, Imlie, Udaariyaan, another TV show is all to take a generation leap. While the leap in Pandya Store and Udaariyaan has not worked well for the two daily soaps, Shakti Arora and Bhavika Sharma's entry in GHKPM made sure that the ratings remained stable after Ayesha Singh and Neil Bhatt's exit.
YEH RISHTA KYA KEHLATA HAI LEAP UPDATE
Before Kumkum Bhagya, Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai makers remained in the headlines after it was rumoured that they would take a generation leap in either October or November. The rumour spread like wildfire on the internet.
Speculations were even rife that YRKKH new cast would be introduced at the Star Parivaar Awards 2023. However, there was no truth to the conjecture.
Earlier this month, Filmibeat debunked the rumours when we exclusively reported, "There's no truth to the rumours. The main event of Star Parivaar Awards 2023 is scheduled for next week. How can the entire cast be revealed without any mock shoot or audition? The creative team is busy chalking out a plan for the upcoming track. Please don't pay heed to the rumours as the leap in Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai is yet not confirmed. However, the viewers should be ready for a spicy twist in the upcoming days."

KRISHNA KAUL QUITS KUMKUM BHAGYA? HERE'S THE TRUTH
The creative team of Kumkum Bhagya will shift focus to PraNbir's daughter post the time jump. It was said that Krishna and Mugha, the main leads, would no longer be seen in KKB after the 20-year-old leap.
Krishna Kaul has finally reacted to the rumours of him quitting the show. The actor, who made his TV debut with Kumku Bhagya, broke his silence on the conjecture about his exit from the daily soap. The chocolate boy confirmed that he would continue to feature in the show after the leap is introduced. However, he will be a part of KKB for only a few weeks.

Krishna, while interacting with a leading daily, said that it will be a challenge for him to play a father to a 20-year-old girl in Kumkum Bhagya but he has no issues. He maintained that he is fine with playing the said role after the leap.
"The show has given me a lot, so I am ready to give my best and I don't have any qualms about playing a father for a short while," Krishna told Times Of India.
Kumkum Bhagya earlier featured Sriti Jha and Shabir Ahluwalia. Krishna and Mugdha joined the cast in April 2019 after a generation leap was introduced.
